MEET OUR ELDERS

*Accountability Board: Black, brown and Indigenous community members who help keep the white people of BE accountable to the mission of moving past destructing 'whiteness' to the point of practicing abolition, freedom fighting and mutual aid. All accountability board members receive a stipend. 
*Fellows: White people who are committed to the abolition of whiteness. functioning as early adopters and experimenters in the BE process.

Are you Black, brown or Indigenous, have experienced racism, or are an organizer or anti-racism educator? Join Better Elders' Accountability Board, keep us accountable, and receive a stipend.

Become the "Deprogramming Whiteness" facilitator in your community.

Finished the 'Deprogramming Whiteness' curriculum? Facilitate the Better Elders "Deprogramming Whiteness" curriculum with your friend group.

Are you excited or experienced in BE's four frameworks?

Join the BE Fellowship, starting January 2024! It's a collaborative community responsible for fleshing out BE's four frameworks (recovery, cult deconstruction, restorative justice, 'reconstruction') into our intensive curriculum for our March 2024 inaugural cohort.

Are you white, and ready to start 'deprogramming'?

Join our inaugural Better Elders "Deprogramming Whiteness" cohort starting in March 2024.
